Happy  New  Year, and blessings to you and yours for 2008!  As part of my New Year’s Eve ritual, along with my wife and children , we sit down and create our intentions for the year ahead. It’s not just about setting materialistic goals. We resolve to evolve as individuals and as a family.

This year, open yourself up to the idea of moving away from weight loss and toward vitality gain.  When you focus on feeling great and improving your energy and clarity, you will be more naturally drawn to choosing foods that support the intention. Find a cause to stand for this year. Make every moment count.  Volunteer. Spend more time really being with your friends, your spouse, your children. Take time for yourself to contemplate the year you wish to experience. Envision it happening now. Write it down. Read it daily. Delight in all that you are and all that you are becoming.
